All harvests start with tiny seeds. Seeds slowly break out of their shell, grow and eventually become something worth sharing and celebrated with others!  We should be taking the same care, nourishment and time for ourselves!  If we do this, we'll listen to our needs and learn something new about ourselves. Transformation happens with consistency, faith and determination. Everyone's movement and mindfulness journey is going to be unique to them.  At The Harvest Concept we teach traditional Korean martial arts and archery, gentle and power yoga, fitness and self defense classes.

A positive mindset builds mental strength and joy, while movement and daily exercise improve our physical strength, agility and overall function. Optimism, balance and harmony are key. Set goals on what you desire and focus on the areas you want to improve upon, on and off the mat.
