Han Tai Chi is a mind/ body practice that involves a gentle series of movements and stretches. Slow and deliberate movements are done in a soft flowing pattern with a focus on mindfulness and breath work.
Tai Chi is celebrated for its health benefits including muscle strengthening, flexibility, balance, mental focus, and endurance.

These classes are available and accessible to all levels and ages. We have chairs available for use in classes.

These movements are infinite and not forced. This relaxed state of being allows the you to focus your attention on your bodily sensations.
